It was a busy month around the RTG Medical office in February. Late in the month, we welcomed six new recruiters to our team and our first internal Systems Engineer! We’re pleased to introduce Zach, Shelby, Chris, Jennifer, Rusty, Greg, and Chase.
Zach Crosby, Omaha, NE
What was the best concert experience you’ve had and why? Reba McEntire and George Strait. Reba is my future ex-wife! (Just kidding.)
What are you most excited about in working at RTG Medical? I’m looking forward to the work environment and support.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? I would go to Dubai. It sounds like a cool place.
Favorite Hobbies or activities to do outside of work? I enjoy shooting guns, martial arts and going to the lake.
Shelby Cameron, Omaha, NE
Where were you born and where did you grow up? I was born in Omaha, NE, but grew up in Herman, NE.
What was your previous job? I worked as an account executive for Lee Enterprises and sold advertising into the Lincoln Journal Star and Beatrice Daily Sun.
What was the best concert experience you’ve had and why? When I was a freshman in high school I went to a Three Days Grace concert and ended up crowd surfing!
What are you most excited about in working at RTG Medical? Connecting passionate medical professionals with a career path they are excited about continuing.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? I have always wanted to travel to Ireland and experience the beautiful scenery, culture, and people.
Favorite hobbies or activities to do outside of work? I love reading, cooking, running and finding new shows on Netflix and Hulu to binge watch.
Chris Finken, Omaha, NE
What was the best concert experience you’ve had and why? Red Hot Chili Peppers because it was at an indoor bullring in Madrid, Spain.
What are you most excited about in working at RTG Medical? I’m most excited about the opportunity to be successful and grow professionally. The positive company culture is something I’m very excited about as well.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? I’ve never been to Australia! So, I would like to explore its natural wonders and cultural cities.
Favorite hobbies or activities to do outside of work? Running, playing golf and basketball, listening to music, traveling, fishing, reading, investing, and going to Creighton basketball games.
Jennifer Strohman, Chino, CA
What was the best concert experience you’ve had and why? I enjoyed Pink.
What are you most excited about in working at RTG Medical? The supportive work environment.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? Canada, because there is so much to do and it’s so beautiful.
Favorite hobbies or activities to do outside of work? I enjoy biking, sports, and the lake.
Rusty Meyer, Fremont, NE
Where were you born and where did you grow up? I was born in Baytown, Texas, and have lived in Fremont, NE for 25+ years.
What was the best concert experience you’ve had and why? Living Colour, great music and they really played to the crowd.
What are you most excited about in working at RTG Medical? The opportunity to learn something new and being part of a growing company. Everyone has nothing but positive things to say about their job at RTG.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? Europe! There are so many different things to see there.
Favorite hobbies or activities to do outside of work? Playing football with my 12-year-old son, and playing basketball.
Greg Otteman, Omaha, NE
What was the best concert experience you’ve had and why? Garth Brooks at Bob Devaney Sports Center. This was before he was the Garth Brooks he is now. He signed autographs and talked to everyone.
What are you most excited about in working at RTG Medical? Working with all the recruiters, RTG’s work environment, and placing skilled professionals.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? Greece, mostly for the food and sights!
Favorite hobbies or activities to do outside of work? Love to play baseball and going to Husker games with my daughters.I officiate high school and college football and basketball, as well as high school and college softball.
Chase Skradis, Omaha, NE
Where were you born and where did you grow up? South Omaha born and raised. I attended Bryan High School and graduated in 2002.
What was the best concert experience you’ve had and why? A Metallica concert around 10 years ago. Growing up they were my favorite band and being able to see them in person was a great experience.
What are you most excited about in working at RTG Medical? The great company culture; all the great amenities the company offers is amazing.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? Jamaica. We went there for our honeymoon around 5 years ago and it was a blast. Can’t wait to go back.
Favorite hobbies or activities to do outside of work? Big football fan — Nebraska Cornhuskers and Green Bay Packers respectfully. Also, I enjoy spending time with my family. I’ve been married for almost 5 years and have a 4-year-old son and 18-month-old twins (boy and girl).
