Will RTG consider adding Short term disability to their benefits package? Even if we the employees are paying for it having it come through work is so helpful
Cindy, each year, we go through an evaluation process for the entire benefits package. Based off of that evaluation and the previous year’s participation, the next year’s benefits package is created.
